These terms govern access to and use of the services provided by regenia.io, published by Eolia Tech SAS. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

2. Service description
regenia.io creates videos from photos and videos uploaded by the user, using automated editing tools, AI-generated narration and a synthetic voice.
3. Registration and account
Users provide accurate information, keep their login details confidential and are responsible for all activity on their account.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Plans and their limits are described on the Pricing page. Prices are in euros, including VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe; regenia.io never stores card details. Subscriptions are monthly, renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. A single video gives a credit that never expires.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, users who expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge losing their right of withdrawal can no longer exercise it for the part already performed. Otherwise, they have 14 days from subscription to withdraw by using the website Contact page.
6. Use of the service
Users agree to comply with the law, third-party rights (including the image rights of people filmed) and the limits of their plan. Fraudulent use may lead to account suspension.
7. Content and intellectual property
Users keep all rights to their files and to the videos produced. They grant regenia.io a technical licence limited to the production, storage and sharing they request. The music provided may be used for private and family purposes.
8. Liability
regenia.io uses reasonable means to provide the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or a specific artistic result. Automatically generated texts may contain inaccuracies.
9. Personal data
Data is processed to manage accounts, provide the service and answer requests, in accordance with the GDPR. Users can exercise their rights by using the website Contact page and may lodge a complaint with the CNIL. The narration is generated with Mistral AI’s service, which receives the film’s descriptive information and, if the user agrees, some reduced images. Details are on the Cookies & privacy page.
10. Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, consumers may use the consumer mediator listed in the legal notice free of charge. French law applies.
11. Changes
regenia.io may amend these terms to reflect changes to the service or regulations. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.
